About NCDMM

The National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM) is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 company whose mission is to proactively engage with all branches of the U.S. military and its supply base to control cost and improve productivity of manufactured parts and systems.

The NCDMM delivers optimized manufacturing solutions that enhance the quality, affordability, maintainability, and rapid deployment of existing and yet-to-be developed defense systems.

The NCDMM collaborates with government, industry, and academic organizations to promote the implementation of best practices to key stakeholders through the development and delivery of disciplined training, advanced technologies, and methodologies.

For a decade, NCDMM has significantly advanced technology that can keep U.S. manufacturing globally competitive.

Awarded the responsibility of providing oversight to the new National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute (NAMII), NCDMM is excited to apply its successful, self-sustaining model to NAMII.

Headquartered in Blairsville, Pennsylvania, the NCDMM is under the leadership of President and Executive Director Ralph Resnick.
