NAMII Engagement Summit

This summit is intended to provide a networking opportunity for NAMII members and prospective proposal affiliates.  – specifically personnel who will be actively engaged in the drafting and execution of NAMII project proposals – to explore synergies and opportunities to collaborate on projects suitable for response to the initial NAMII Project Call.

Attendees are invited to present posters. Posters may be up to 92 inches w x 46 inches h. Posters are encouraged to represent groups and institutions rather than individuals. If you plan to bring a poster, please indicate that on your registration.

Tentative Agenda:

8:00-8:30            Registration / networking, light refreshments

8:30-9:00            Welcoming remarks, brief framing comments about the NAMII initiative

9:00-11:30          Industry Needs (10-minute briefs on most critical needs/interests from member companies.  Discussion as time permits.)

11:30-1:00          Networking lunch and member poster sessions (posters up throughout meeting)

1:00-1:30            Perspectives on national impacts of NAMII (Bearing in mind, the participants we would like at this meeting have not likely been to many of the other events.)

1:30-4:00            Support members (academic, EDO, etc.) Showcase – (10-minute capability briefs. Discussion as time permits.)

4:00-5:30            Refreshments / networking

5:30                       Adjourn
