The Center for Innovative Materials Processing through Direct Digital Deposition (CIMP-3D) and the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute (NAMII) announces a Technology Showcase on Additive Manufacturing scheduled for Tuesday, January 8th, 2013 at University Park, PA.

The Center for Innovative Materials Processing through Direct Digital Deposition (CIMP-3D) is a multi-disciplinary research organization within the Pennsylvania State University and is a major node of the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute, which is operated by the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM). The goal of CIMP-3D, which also supports the mission of NAMII, is to advance enabling technology for broad adoption of additive manufacturing within the industrial base. CIMP-3D is operated in conjunction with Sciaky Inc. and Battelle Memorial Institute.
